Florova Peat

Is an outstanding natural product obtained from the high quality peat mosses of North Germany’s sphagnum bogs.

Florova Peat is rich in organic matter and is a long-term soil conditioner which aerates the soil and improves its structure.

It is particularly useful on heavy soils and helps to prevent waterlogging and caking.

Pure white peat is for improving soil quality and producing substrate. When used for improving soil quality, the increased humus quantity leads to better interaction of air and water. Florova’s properties make it the ideal raw material for producing substrate.

Instructions (Production for Substrate)

Mix the peat evenly with carbonic lime to adjust the pH-value with fertilizers in the appropriate proportions for the purpose of use and then damp it. An analysis of the substrate is advisable before use.

Planting

Mix earth from the plant hole in equal quantities with peat (1:1)
